**IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE BEING IN THE SAME ROOM WHILE BEING SERVICED, PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENT TIME.**

 

*deposits/ funds are NON-REFUNDABLE & non-transferable to any other client.

Only ONE rescheduling is allowed with the use of the same deposit within 30 days of your original booking.

If you're needing to reschedule, please contact me before cancelling your appointment. Once an appointment is cancelled by the client, the deposit for that appointment is forfeited.

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OR LESS BEFORE YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN A forfeit of your deposit.

You may rebook when you're available.

If there are no available appointments, please fill out our waitlist request.

No call no shows-- Will be responsible for 100% of the booked service.

At 8 minutes late with prior communication, you will need to rebook to a later day or time if available, with a new deposit.

 

AT 10+ min late, IF time permits and I am still able to service you, there will be a $15 late fee. 

at 8 minutes late without prior communication, you're considered a "no call, no show".

your appointment will then be cancelled & treated as a "no call, no show".

If you have paid in full & need to cancel/reschedule, you will receive a service credit.

service credit expires 30 days from your initial booking.
